We make regular site visits almost every month to cover all important stages during the construction and post construction developments till grow-in period, while the personnel seconded by us supervise development full time. There is virtually no re-do during the implementation of our design because of meticulous preparation of plans and frequent visits by the consultant to follow the entire process of golf course development.
Supervision
During construction, our careful supervision from contractor selection through course completion enables modest and realistic construction costs. We recommend experienced superintendents and management staff to work with client full time.
