Golf Management Group was established by Col K D Bagga in 1996 as an Associate of GolfPlan, The Ronald Fream Design Group from the USA till Dec 1998. Thereafter Bagga's Golf Management Group (BGMG), started with independent operations as a golf course architecture and consulting company. BGMG has since been engaged in designing, planning, superintendence and management of golf courses.

BGMG is athe most experienced indigeous golf course designer in India and we have designed and developed maximum number of courses almost throughout the country and our design assignments in pipeline is the largest in India. We have also executed several remodeling of prestigious golf courses in the country. We have expertise and experience in all aspects of golf course design, landscape architecture and construction management with added advantage of being civil engineers and avid golfers.

Bagga’s Golf Management Group” uses a combination of environmental sensitivity and rigid control of costs to deliver quality golf courses of International standards within economical budgets.

Vision and Belief

We believe that the key strength of our organisation is our understanding and appreciation of the origins of golf, the theory and psychology of the game and its changing requirements, together with a distinctive and creative flair for environmentally responsible designing. This concept has made BGMG the pre-eminent golf course designers and planners in India.

Our extensive design process that is independent for different locations, environs and natural cohabitates is very inspiring for practical resolution to the design outcome. This process combined with the input of our team members during the construction phase has contributed to the development of outstanding golf courses by us. We are the most affordable golf course designers to design golf courses that are lively, innovative and attractive with a specific USP for each location.

Signature golf courses are economically sustainable in very few locations in India. Conforming to the needs of Indian economy, we have to create world-class championship courses in limited budgets which are a derivative of the design features and project management / construction techniques suitably adapted to our conditions. We stress in preserving the sensitive environments, including the design and planting of wetlands nutrient stripping ponds, the use of indigenous species and the preservation and enhancement of native habitat.
